All firearms must be accompanied by valid identification and any required documentation (e.g., permits, registration) in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
2. Firearm Acceptance and Return
-
All firearms brought in for service must be unloaded and checked. No loaded firearms will be accepted under any circumstances.
-
Ironclad Arms reserves the right to refuse service on any firearm for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, illegal modifications, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
-
Upon completion of services, firearms will only be released to the original owner or their lawful representative, following proper ID verification.
3. Estimates and Payment

Price estimates for repairs or modifications are provided before work begins. Final costs may vary based on actual time and parts required.
-
A deposit may be required for services or parts orders exceeding a certain amount, which will be communicated at the time of intake.
-
Full payment is due upon completion of service. Firearms will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
4. Turnaround Times
-
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to part availability, complexity of work, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Firearms left unclaimed for more than 90 days after completion of service may be considered abandoned. After this period, Ironclad Arms reserves the right to dispose of the firearm in accordance with applicable law.

Ironclad Arms guarantees its workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. This warranty covers labor only and does not apply to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or manufacturer defects in parts.
-
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling after the firearm is returned to the customer.
-
All modifications are done at the request of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any changes comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
