Ironclad Arms Refund Policy

At Ironclad Arms, we take pride in the quality of our gunsmithing and firearms maintenance services. Due to the nature of custom and labor-based work, we offer limited refunds as outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a firearm for service.
1. Service Refunds

All service sales are final once work has begun.

Refunds will not be issued for completed labor or diagnostic work.

If you cancel a service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable inspection or administrative fees.
2. Parts and Special Orders

All special-order parts and components are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

If a part is found to be defective, we will assist in facilitating a warranty claim with the manufacturer, if applicable.

Unused, in-stock parts may be eligible for return within 7 days, with original receipt and unopened packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Custom Work

Custom modifications, machining are non-refundable under any circumstances once initiated, due to the personalized nature of the service.

We will always confirm design specifications and get customer approval before proceeding with any custom work.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us within 10 days of service completion.

We will assess the issue and, if it's determined to be a result of our work, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not cover:

Misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance after the firearm leaves our shop.

Issues caused by third-party parts or prior modifications not performed by Ironclad Arms.

5. Deposits

Deposits made for services or parts are non-refundable unless we are unable to perform the requested work or source required components.
6. Firearm Abandonment

Firearms not picked up within 90 days of service completion will be considered abandoned.

No refunds will be issued for abandoned firearms, parts, or deposits.
